A young woman remembers the time she spent with her grandmother making recipes come to life during her funeral. For the young woman, she recalls how important the lessons taught in the kitchen follow her throughout her life. The memories are bittersweet. At the end when her grandmother was close to death, the young woman finally came to understand that life is like a recipe, it doesn't really matter what it's made out of, as long as love is involved.
